Originally established to advance comparative legal scholarship in corporate law, the journal was published by CMP Publishing until the end of 2022. During this period, International and Comparative Corporate Law Journal built a distinguished record of contributions from scholars and practitioners worldwide.
Since 2023, the journal has been published by Kluwer Law International, maintaining its longstanding commitment to high-quality academic standards and expanding its reach within the international legal research community. Under Kluwer’s stewardship, the journal continues to uphold rigorous peer review, editorial excellence, and relevance to contemporary corporate law debates, while providing broader dissemination and accessibility through its established global publishing platform.
