Special Issue 2026: Multidisciplinary Perspectives

09-02-2026

The International and Comparative Corporate Law Journal is pleased to announce a Special Issue for the year 2026, to be published on a rolling basis. This Special Issue is designed as an open and inclusive scholarly platform that welcomes original and high-quality research from any academic or professional domain. Submissions may engage with legal, commercial, managerial, economic, financial, technological, policy-oriented, or other multidisciplinary themes, without any requirement of an international or comparative focus.

The Journal encourages contributions that address contemporary issues, emerging trends, theoretical developments, or practical challenges across diverse fields of inquiry. Manuscripts may adopt doctrinal, theoretical, empirical, analytical, or interdisciplinary approaches, provided they demonstrate academic rigor, clarity of argument, and substantive contribution to knowledge. Interdisciplinary research that integrates insights across multiple disciplines is particularly welcomed.

By publishing this Special Issue on a rolling basis, the Journal aims to facilitate the timely dissemination of innovative and impactful scholarship, foster cross-disciplinary engagement, and provide a flexible forum for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to present original ideas and perspectives across a broad range of subject areas.
