Keywords:
Electronic Marketing, Fermi ParadoxAbstract
he rapid growth of digital technologies and online platforms has created unprecedented opportunities for businesses to reach consumers worldwide. Despite this abundance of communication channels, a significant number of digital brands struggle to achieve visibility, engagement, and sustainable market presence. This phenomenon resembles the logic of the Fermi Paradox, which questions why evidence of intelligent extraterrestrial civilizations remains absent despite the vast number of potentially habitable planets in the universe. Drawing on this analogy, the present article develops a theoretical framework to explain the "digital silence" experienced by many brands in highly competitive online environments. The study explores the effects of content saturation, algorithmic filtering, consumer attention scarcity, and strategic marketing deficiencies on brand visibility.
