Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has rapidly transformed the digital landscape by influencing communication, business operations, cybersecurity, governance, and data management systems. The growing use of AI technologies such as machine learning, facial recognition, automated decision-making systems, and predictive analytics has created new legal and ethical challenges related to cyber law and data privacy. While AI enhances efficiency, security, and technological innovation, it also raises concerns regarding unauthorized data collection, surveillance, cybercrime, algorithmic bias, and misuse of personal information. the impact of Artificial Intelligence on cyber law and data privacy in the contemporary digital era. It explores how AI technologies affect legal frameworks related to cybersecurity, online data protection, digital rights, and cybercrime regulation. the role of AI in data processing, automated monitoring, and cybersecurity systems while highlighting risks associated with privacy violations, identity theft, data breaches, and mass surveillance.  the research discusses the legal and ethical issues arising from AI-driven technologies, including consent, accountability, transparency, algorithmic discrimination, and cross-border data regulation. cyber laws and data protection policies adopted by governments and international organizations to regulate the use of AI and safeguard individual privacy rights.
